Service Description

A dedicated session to review progress, assess milestones, and adjust your personalized plan following your initial consultation. We will discuss any challenges faced during the last two months and refine your goals for continued success. A follow up Nutritional Analysis including a 3 day food & mood journal is required before our appointment takes place.
